We're sorry to see you go. Submit the form below and our team will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.

All nutrition logs and meal history
Saved recipes and meal plans
Body measurements and progress data
Shopping lists and preferences

Deletion is permanent and irreversible
Cancel your subscription first to stop future billing: App Store or Google Play
We may retain certain data for up to 90 days for legal and fraud-prevention purposes

How do you use INCHECK FIT?

Full name

Email address on your account

Used Sign in with Apple and hid your email? Enter your Apple ID (iCloud email) instead and we'll use it to find your account.

Reason for leaving (optional)

I understand this action is permanent and irreversible. I want to permanently delete my INCHECK FIT account and all associated data.

You'll keep access until the end of your subscription. We'll send a confirmation once your account has been deleted.
